鋪裝部分基本采用拼接跳色的設(shè)計，將四- 五種不同規(guī)格或者面層的花崗巖石材組合拼接，通過多輪拼接對比，同時在施工細節(jié)的把控上做到細微處，保證每一片石材的精準(zhǔn)落位，創(chuàng)造出一種和諧統(tǒng)一又蘊含變化的鋪裝效果。
The pavement part basically adopts splicing color design, splicing four to five different specifications or surface layers of granite stone combination, through multiple rounds of splicing comparison, at the same time in the construction details of the control to ensure the accurate placement of each piece of stone, creating a harmonious and unified pavement effect containing changes.
道牙處理/GAVEMENT
方案設(shè)計時整體車行道道牙均設(shè)置為立道牙，但在后期施工圖過程中考慮前場界面的統(tǒng)一，將立道牙調(diào)整為平道牙，將水景，瀝青道路，人行鋪裝三者統(tǒng)一標(biāo)高，使得前場界面更加干凈簡潔。
In the design of the scheme, the overall vehicle road teeth are set as vertical teeth, but in the later construction drawing process, the unity of the front field interface is considered. The vertical teeth are adjusted to the flat teeth, and the elevation of the water feature, asphalt road and pedestrian pavement is unified, so that the front field interface is cleaner and simpler.
水景形成過程/WATERSCAPE
水景整個跨度約 50 米，且在地庫頂板上， 由于水景面積過大后期很可能會出現(xiàn)不均勻沉降以及池底斷裂的風(fēng)險，而且完成面標(biāo)高到頂板覆土超荷載，考慮到這些問題最終現(xiàn)場設(shè)置地壟墻后鋪設(shè)鋼混池底防止后期不均勻沉降以及換填陶粒滿足荷載的要求。
The whole span of waterscape is about 50 meters. Due to the large size, uneven settlement and the risk of bottom fracture may occur in the later stage, and the excess load from the completed surface elevation to the roof overburden, in consideration of these problems, the ridge wall is finally set on site, and the steel concrete bottom is laid to prevent the uneven settlement in the later stage, and filling meets the requirements of load.
樹池懸挑空間較大因此整個內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)采用鋼混一體澆筑成型，以及圓角考慮后期成本單獨異形定制，避免大量材料和費用的浪費，懸挑部分過長考慮內(nèi)部的照明以及整體效果內(nèi)部安裝地埋燈氛圍照明。
The cantilever space of the tree pool is large, so the whole internal structure is made of steel and concrete. The rounded corners are customized separately to avoid the waste of a lot of materials and expenses. The overhang part is too long to consider the internal lighting and the overall effect.
臺階采用定制整石，以及踢面底部采用定制石材弧形倒角節(jié)省造價，且保證效果的品質(zhì)展現(xiàn)以及細節(jié)化的處理。
The steps are made of customized whole stone, and the bottom of the kick surface is made of customized stone arc chamfering to save cost, and ensure the quality of the effect and the processing of details.
景墻采用更加輕便的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)+ 爵士白大理石干掛的形式，最終效果更加輕盈。爵士白大理石先大板切割成小板，先后編號排版，保證最終呈現(xiàn)出完整石材紋理效果。
The view wall adopts a more lightweight steel structure + jazz white marble dry hanging form, the final effect is more light. Jazz white marble is first cut into small boards, successively numbered layout, to ensure the final appearance of a complete stone texture effect.
前場植物空間——萬物生長
建筑前場空間打造與城市相接的第一界面，植物設(shè)計上簡約干練，少即是多，利用懸浮臺階與植物空間的相互交融，弱化建筑材料的生硬感，打造生長中城市的設(shè)計理念。
The front space of the building is the first interface connecting with the city. The plant design is simple and concise, less is more. The interaction of floating steps and plant space weakens the rigidity of building materials and creates the design concept of growing city.
后場植物空間——花園浪漫
即使在現(xiàn)代簡約的城市空間，居住的地方依然需要浪漫，后場花園式的空間打造，是對生活的回應(yīng)，每株植物的理性選擇與不斷嘗試，是浪漫形成的必要定式，在人進入的那一瞬間，一切美好相互成就。
Even in the modern and simple urban space, the living place still needs romance. The creation of garden space in the back field is a response to life. The rational choice and continuous attempt of each plant is the necessary pattern for the formation of romance.
由于建筑通道位于室外未預(yù)留排水口且空間有限，景觀將道路兩邊設(shè)置不銹鋼板制作導(dǎo)水槽，防止通道積水。
As the passageway of the building is located in the outdoor without reserved drainage outlet and the space is limited, the landscape will set stainless steel plates on both sides of the road to make a water channel to prevent water accumulation in the passageway.
